Western Plains Wind Farm, Kansas, USA 2018

A team from our Rope Access division were mobilized to Kansas, USA to carry out blade inspections and collect sample extractions on a 2.3 megawatt wind turbine.

Access to the working areas was achieved using a team of IRATA trained rope access technicians using industrial rope access methods and techniques. The project was carried out safely and within the estimated time scale.
